Recent Commissions
Every commission begins with a different story, set of requirements or personal milestone. While each piece reflects the Rings by NK design philosophy, no two commissions are exactly alike. Past commissions include bespoke pieces in 18k yellow gold, 18k rose gold, 14k palladium white gold, platinum, with natural and laboratory diamonds and gemstones selected for each owner.
The pieces below were developed directly with their future owners and individually hand-fabricated at the Rings by NK bench in Manila. They are presented as examples of past commissions rather than designs to be reproduced. Every new commission is created specifically for the person who will wear it.
Pink Diamond Floral Commission
A bespoke engagement ring created around a pear-shaped pink diamond. Rather than allowing the centre stone to dominate, the commission balanced delicate floral clusters, flowing architectural lines and an open gallery to create a ring that is elegant from every angle.
Hidden Detail: The gallery incorporates the letter "Z" - the initial of its future owner - transforming a structural detail into a deeply personal signature.

Diamond Halo Commission
A bespoke engagement ring designed to maximize brilliance through precision rather than size alone. The halo is set exceptionally close to the center diamond, allowing the surrounding stones to visually merge with the solitaire and create the impression of a larger, continuous diamond while maintaining refined proportions.
Hidden Detail: Beneath the setting, the client's names, Kyle and Sam, were individually hand-engraved into the under-gallery. Unlike laser engraving, the hand-cut lettering catches light and reflects it back through the center diamond, creating a subtle detail visible only to those who look beneath the surface. It is a personal signature that celebrates the couple while demonstrating that every part of the commission, seen and unseen, was considered with equal care.

Pulse Wedding Ring Commission
Developed for a couple seeking wedding rings with a shared identity while allowing each piece to express its own character. Inspired by the Rings by NK Pulse Band, the commission was reinterpreted with softened, rounded shoulders and individually tailored details for each wearer.
The gentleman's ring features a satin-finished central channel framed by polished rails, with 11 channel-set diamonds on one side - the engagement date, the 11th of the 11th. The matching ladies' ring features 22 channel-set diamonds and a contoured profile made to nest perfectly alongside her existing yellow gold engagement ring, following its curves while echoing the proportions of the men's band.
Hidden Detail: Eight 18k yellow gold granules are fused into the white gold of the men's band, representing infinity. The yellow gold was incorporated specifically to create a visual link to the bride's own yellow gold engagement ring and wedding band, connecting the three rings as one set.
Made for its owners in: 14k palladium white gold and yellow gold, with channel-set diamonds. Hand-fabricated at the bench in Manila, the ladies' band custom-fitted to an existing engagement ring.
